In Australia, if your rental vehicle is involved in an accident, an excess generally applies. We have three levels of coverage available that determine the amount of excess you will pay for damage to the vehicle you are renting and damage to third party vehicles, if an accident does occur.

The coverages outlined, including Loss Damage Waiver are subject to the Terms and Conditions set out in the Avis Rental Agreement.
